Shipping and returns

Shipping policy

We’re currently only shipping to countries in the UK and Europe. We send parcels up to 5kg within the UK and up to 2kg to Europe (including Ireland). It is important to note that orders shipped to Europe may incur additional import duties or other taxes which the customer is responsible for paying.

Return and exchange policy

You can return any items that you have cancelled within 14 days after receiving them or that you have proven to be damaged beyond your control after discussing this with us via email. However, this does not apply to personalized items like ground coffee. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. All returns must be send back to us within 14 days from the day of which you communicate to us your cancellation or we’ve accepted via email that you send back damaged goods. You also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you or a third party have received the (last of the) goods. To cancel your order, you must inform us of this decision via email with a clear statement setting out your decision, which of the goods you wish to cancel, the date of your order, your full name and address.
